Independent head and foot movement is joined by two finer adjustments — a pillow-tilt segment for the upper head and a lumbar lift for the lower back — so the contour follows you, not just the ends of the bed. The steady-state massage runs through head and foot zones at three intensities on a 10, 20 or 30-minute timer.
Foldable deck with retainer bars

The Reflexion Ultra’s complete documentation is a single download: Sealy Canada’s official owner’s manual, covering setup, remote functions, pairing, power-outage lowering and a troubleshooting section.
Fabric surfaces are spot clean only — mild soap, damp cloth, nothing abrasive.
Keep the underside clear of storage so the mechanism moves through its full range.
Check legs and bracket hardware for snugness after the first month, then a couple of times a year.
Top with a flexible, adjustable-rated mattress (memory foam or pocket coil).
Troubleshooting basics
Start at the wall: cord fully seated, outlet live, no power bar in the chain while testing.
Replace the remote batteries — the most common fix.
Unplug 30 seconds, replug — resets the electronics.
