  1. Unopened Merchandise Return: You have the flexibility to return all unopened merchandise within 90 days of pickup or delivery for a full refund. This policy gives you ample time to assess your purchase and make decisions that align with your comfort needs.

  2. Preventive Measures for Unmet Expectations: If you receive your mattress at home and find that it is not what you expected, we advise against opening it out of the packaging. Instead, contact us directly to arrange a return. You can either bring it back to us free of charge or opt for a pickup service (with applicable fees), ensuring a hassle-free return process.

  3. Original Manufacturer Warranty: Rest assured that all mattresses come with the original manufacturer warranty. Any issues related to defects can be addressed through the warranty, and we are here to assist you with any warranty concerns you may have.

  4. 90-Day Comfort Guarantee: Your purchase is supported by our 90-day comfort guarantee, providing you the option to exchange your order within this period. To initiate an exchange, please email [email protected]. Exchanges must be in new and unstained condition, including all product literature, original packaging materials, and blank warranty cards.

  5. No Refunds for Opened Items: Once an item is opened, there will be no refunds. Refunds are exclusively issued for unopened items, and this policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and uphold the quality of our products.

  6. Damaged Product Reporting: If you notice any damages within 24 hours of receiving your product, please email us promptly. We will address the issue, ensuring a quick resolution. However, once an item is opened, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee will only be valid.

  7. Accessories Policy: There will be no refunds or exchanges on accessories. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our accessory products.

  8. Non-Refundable Shipping and Handling Expenses: Incurred shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable on all refunds. This ensures transparency and clarity regarding the costs associated with the return process.

  9. Final Sale on Closeout and Clearance Items: All sales are final on closeout and clearance items, emphasizing that these items are non-returnable.

90 Night Comfort Guarantee

  1. One-Time Exchange: Our exchange policy allows for a one-time exchange on all new purchases. This means that if, after a thorough trial, you find your mattress isn't the perfect fit, you have the opportunity to exchange it. A $95 exchange fee will apply.

  2. Original Packaging Requirement: To facilitate an exchange, mattresses must be in their original packaging, including all product literature, original packaging materials, tags, and blank warranty cards. This ensures that the mattress is adequately protected and enables us to properly verify and identify the merchandise for a smoother exchange process.

  3. Adjustment Period: No exchanges can be initiated within the first 15 days of delivery. This timeframe allows your body to adapt to the new mattress, ensuring a fair assessment of its comfort and support.

  4. No Refunds After Opening: Once a mattress has been opened, National Mattress does not offer refunds. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and uphold the quality of our mattresses.

  5. Exclusivity of Exchanged Mattresses: Exchanged mattresses are not eligible for additional discounts, price matching, or promotional offers. The terms of the initial purchase apply to exchanged mattresses.

  6. Size and Condition Requirements: Mattresses must be exchanged for a mattress of the same size as the original purchase and must be in satisfactory condition with no damage, stains, or scuffs.

  7. Price Difference for Upgrades: If a customer chooses to exchange their mattress for a more expensive model, they are required to pay the price difference.

  8. Store Credit for Downgrades: Exchanging a mattress for a less expensive model results in the issuance of a store credit. No cash refunds will be provided for downgrades.

  9. Exchange Process: Customers can initiate the exchange process by contacting us directly at [email protected]. For customers within our local delivery zone, we offer a convenient exchange process where the new mattress is delivered, and the exchanged mattress is picked up at the same time, all without additional fees beyond the $95 exchange fee.

  10. Delivery Outside Local Zone: For customers outside the local delivery zone, arrangements must be made to ship the exchanged mattress either before or after receiving the new mattress. Additional delivery fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  11. Exclusions: Our exchange policy does not cover custom sizes, special order mattresses, or accessories such as bed frames, box springs, mattress protectors, or pillows. For more information on these items, customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected].
