Head and foot articulation
The head section and the foot section move independently through the base's full range, so one bed covers upright, reclined and flat, and every stop between them.
Foldable steel deck
A steel core carries the deck and the mattress on top of it; the non-skid fabric surface keeps that mattress from creeping as the sections travel. The frame folds and locks safely in place.
The legs and the standing height
One set of legs, three settings — 6.5″, 10″ or 13.5″ — chosen at assembly to match the headboard and the storage you want underneath.
Power and setup

Your NM 3.0 Advanced is built for years of nightly adjustment, and its paperwork lives right here — remote guide, leg-height options and the manufacturer warranty, one click each. (Some guides use the platform name Contour — that is the 3.0 Advanced.)
Spot clean the fabric deck only — mild soap on a damp cloth; no soaking, no harsh chemicals.
Leave clear space under and around the base so the lift mechanism never meets an obstruction.
Snug the legs and headboard-bracket bolts after the first month, then check them a couple of times a year.
Use a flexible mattress (memory foam or pocket coil) made for adjustable bases.
Troubleshooting basics
No movement at all? Confirm the power cord is fully seated and the outlet is live — plug straight into the wall to rule out a power bar.
Fresh remote batteries fix most missed commands — try that before anything else.
Unplug for 30 seconds and replug to reset the control box.
