The SEALY® Reflexion® Ultra Adjustable Base is the top-of-line model — head-and-foot articulation, a Zero-Gravity preset, pillow tilt, lumbar support and a full-body head & foot massage with a 10/20/30-minute timer, all from a wireless backlit remote. It supports up to 850 lb and sits on a slim 5″ (12.7 cm) zero-clearance frame, with headboard brackets included.

Getting ready for delivery
- Measure first. Check doorways, corners and stairwells, especially for a King.
- Clear the path. Move pictures, decor and anything you could trip on from halls and stairs.
- Protect floors and steps. Cover delicate floors. In winter, salt the outside steps.
- Tight fit? If the bed has to bend or squeeze through, we may ask you to sign a damage waiver.
Setup upgrades and old mattress removal
- In-room delivery. We carry the bed into the room you choose.
- White-glove setup. We carry it to your room, unbox and assemble it, and take your old mattress to the curb if you need. The packaging stays with you, folded and flattened.
- Old mattress removal on its own. Available in select areas for a fee. Ask our team before you order.

Care & maintenance
- Fabric surfaces are spot clean only — mild soap, damp cloth, nothing abrasive.
- Keep the underside clear of storage so the mechanism moves through its full range.
- Check legs and bracket hardware for snugness after the first month, then a couple of times a year.
- Top with a flexible, adjustable-rated mattress (memory foam or pocket coil).
Troubleshooting basics
- Start at the wall: cord fully seated, outlet live, no power bar in the chain while testing.
- Replace the remote batteries — the most common fix.
- Unplug 30 seconds, replug — resets the electronics.
- Then the manual’s troubleshooting chart — or Sealy Canada at 1-800-268-4414, or support@nationalmattress.ca and we take it from there.
Warranty
Sealy Canada backs the Reflexion Ultra with a 25-year manufacturer warranty — terms are in the manual above. Email support@nationalmattress.ca with your order number and photos or a short video to open a claim; we coordinate with Sealy on your behalf.
