The SEALY® Reflexion® Plus Adjustable Base raises your head and feet independently with a backlit wireless remote, a one-touch Zero-Gravity preset and two memory positions you set yourself — plus dimmable under-bed lighting and dual USB charging. It is rated to 750 lb and rides on a slim 3.7″ zero-clearance deck, so it drops into most bed frames.

Getting ready for delivery
- Measure first. Check doorways, corners and stairwells, especially for a King.
- Clear the path. Move pictures, decor and anything you could trip on from halls and stairs.
- Protect floors and steps. Cover delicate floors. In winter, salt the outside steps.
- Tight fit? If the bed has to bend or squeeze through, we may ask you to sign a damage waiver.
Setup upgrades and old mattress removal
- In-room delivery. We carry the bed into the room you choose.
- White-glove setup. We carry it to your room, unbox and assemble it, and take your old mattress to the curb if you need. The packaging stays with you, folded and flattened.
- Old mattress removal on its own. Available in select areas for a fee. Ask our team before you order.

- Keep the space under the base clear so the lift mechanism travels freely.
- Re-check leg and headboard-bracket hardware for snugness after the first month, then twice a year.
- Use a flexible mattress designed for adjustable bases — memory foam or pocket coil.
Troubleshooting basics
- Base not responding? Reseat the power cord, confirm the outlet is live, and bypass any power bar while testing.
- Fresh remote batteries fix most missed commands.
- Unplug for 30 seconds and replug to reset the control box.
