There are 3 basic types of memory foam used in mattresses.
The first is Traditional Memory Foam. Traditional memory foam reduces pressure on various joints in your body and increase circulation while you sleep. It is the most basic type of memory foam.
Air Cool Memory Foam introduces an open cell structure which makes the memory foam more breathable and helps it to whisk away heat from your body, so you don’t get too hot while sleeping.
Gel memory foam introduces even better cooling properties by blending the memory foam with gel which helps disperse heat quicker and more efficiently. Gel memory foam can also be blended with gel beads which further enhance the cooling process. Gel memory foam is also the most durable compared to the other types.
