Peace Of Mind Exchange - WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES: Our exchange policy allows for a one-time exchange on all new purchases. This means that if you find your mattress isn't the perfect fit, you have the opportunity to exchange it. We do not charge any additional exchange fees other than the difference in price between mattresses.
Original Packaging Requirement: To facilitate an exchange, mattresses must be in their original packaging, including all product literature, original packaging materials, tags, and blank warranty cards. This ensures that the mattress is adequately protected and enables us to properly verify and identify the merchandise for a smoother exchange process. Please note that you may take the mattress out of the manufacturer's packaging during the trial period. However, we ask that you repackage it back in its original packaging when exchanging the product.
Adjustment Period: No exchanges can be initiated within the first 15 days of delivery. This timeframe allows your body to adapt to the new mattress, ensuring a fair assessment of its comfort and support.
No Refunds After Opening: Once a mattress has been opened, National Mattress does not offer refunds. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and uphold the quality of our mattresses.
Size and Condition Requirements: Mattresses must be exchanged for a mattress of the same size as the original purchase and must be in satisfactory condition with no damage, stains, or scuffs.
Price Difference for Upgrades: If a customer chooses to exchange their mattress for a more expensive model, they are required to pay the price difference.
Store Credit for Downgrades: Exchanging a mattress for a less expensive model results in the issuance of a store credit. No cash refunds will be provided for downgrades.
Exchange Process: Customers can initiate the exchange process by contacting us directly at [email protected]. For customers within our local delivery zone, we offer a convenient exchange process where the new mattress is delivered, and the exchanged mattress is picked up at the same time, all without additional fees.
Delivery Outside Local Zone: For customers outside the local delivery zone, arrangements must be made to ship the exchanged mattress either before or after receiving the new mattress. Additional delivery fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions: Our exchange policy does not cover custom sizes, special order mattresses, or accessories such as bed frames, box springs, mattress protectors, or pillows. For more information on these items, customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected].
