Many people do not realize the importance of a good sleep and often decide to buy the cheapest mattress they can find. If your budget permits, do not buy the cheapest mattress! We spend an average of 8 hours a night on our mattresses and trust me when I say quality matters when it comes to mattresses. Make sure you choose a mattress that has sufficient padding and support.
Cheap mattresses often have minimal padding that wears out quickly, and you will start to feel those coils underneath the padding after a short time. Cheap mattresses will also sag quicker because the support layers are not as strong. We are not saying you must buy the most expensive mattress, but we do suggest that you steer away from the least expensive options. Unless your mattress is for a guest room and you do not want your guests to stay over for too long, go for a middle to high end mattress instead of the cheapest option available! It will last longer, and you will be more comfortable.
