The top of the baselogic™ line moves three ways — head, foot and automatic pillow tilt — then adds dual massage, a built-in white, pink and brown sound machine and ambient under-bed light. Zero-Gravity and One-Touch Flat presets run from a wireless backlit LCD remote, on a 6″ (15.2 cm) steel deck. 20-year warranty.

Getting ready for delivery
- Measure first. Check doorways, corners and stairwells, especially for a King.
- Clear the path. Move pictures, decor and anything you could trip on from halls and stairs.
- Protect floors and steps. Cover delicate floors. In winter, salt the outside steps.
- Tight fit? If the bed has to bend or squeeze through, we may ask you to sign a damage waiver.
Setup upgrades and old mattress removal
- In-room delivery. We carry the bed into the room you choose.
- White-glove setup. We carry it to your room, unbox and assemble it, and take your old mattress to the curb if you need. The packaging stays with you, folded and flattened.
- Old mattress removal on its own. Available in select areas for a fee. Ask our team before you order.

Care & maintenance
- Fabric surfaces are spot clean only — mild soap, damp cloth.
- Keep the base’s travel path clear underneath — no storage bins.
- Snug-check legs and headboard-bracket hardware after the first month, then twice a year.
- Top it with a flexible, adjustable-rated mattress (memory foam or pocket coil).
Troubleshooting basics
- Power check first: cord fully seated, live outlet, no power bar while testing.
- Fresh remote batteries solve most missed commands.
- Unplug for 30 seconds and replug — the control box resets.

Warranty
The Platinum is covered by a 20-year manufacturer warranty — full terms in the owner’s manual. To claim, email support@nationalmattress.ca with your order number plus photos or a short video; we coordinate everything with Serta.
