What does the warranty cover and what voids it?
The Serta Classic Medium Euro Top carries a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including sagging that exceeds the manufacturer threshold and faulty coils or materials. It is voided by stains, soiling, removing the law tag, or using an unsupportive or improperly sized foundation that lets the mattress sag. A mattress protector is recommended and keeps the warranty valid. Normal softening of the comfort layer is not a covered defect.
