The main difference is cooling. Standard memory foam softens with body heat and contours closely, but it can trap warmth as a result. iComfort is engineered to counter that with gel-infused and cooling-focused foams that move heat away from the sleep surface. So you still get the close, pressure-relieving contour foam is known for, but with a cooler feel that is the line's whole reason for existing.
