How responsive is the surface and is it easy to move on?

It is a slow, deliberate surface by design, with full recovery taking a few seconds, the signature of a thick TEMPUR memory-foam layer. Rather than springing back, the foam melts and reshapes around you, then slowly returns, giving a cradled, planted feel. If you love the lively push-off of latex or coils this will feel too slow, but if you want a quiet surface that holds a position, that is the point.
