How long is the sleep trial, and how do returns work?
This mattress comes with a 365-night sleep trial, well beyond its 5-year warranty window for comfort. A new mattress takes weeks to judge, not minutes in a store, so a full year across every season lets you be sure. If it is not right, return it for a refund or exchange. The mattress and any adjustable base are handled separately. In Canada, returns are typically arranged for pickup.
