Does this foam mattress need a box spring?
No box spring is needed, and a traditional spring foundation is actually the wrong base for this all-foam bed. It requires firm, even, continuous support: a solid platform bed, a slatted frame with gaps no wider than about 3 inches, or a compatible adjustable base. A sagging box spring lets the foam flex unevenly and can affect your 10-year warranty, so choose a flat, rigid foundation.
