Does it have a new-mattress smell, and is it made with safe materials?

A mild, temporary smell is normal when any boxed mattress is first opened. The NM Hospitality tight-top uses CertiPUR-US certified foams and is fiberglass-free, so the foams are made without ozone depleters and tested for low emissions. Any light odour usually fades within a few days; unbox it, let it expand in a ventilated room, and air it out before adding bedding.
