Do I need a box spring with this mattress?
No box spring is required. This 12-inch hybrid needs only firm, even support underneath: a platform bed, solid foundation, an adjustable base, or slats spaced under roughly 3 inches apart. A traditional spring box can leave gaps that flex the coils unevenly. In Canada the mattress and a foundation are sold and trialled separately, so confirm your base before delivery.
