Do I need a box spring, or what foundation works?
No box spring is required. The 14-inch hybrid is self-supporting and needs only a firm, even surface: a platform bed, a slatted frame with gaps under about 3 inches, a solid foundation, or an adjustable base, since this model is adjustable-compatible. Avoid sagging old box springs or wide-slat frames, which leave the coils unsupported and can affect feel and warranty coverage over time.
