Do I need a box spring, or can I use this on an adjustable base?
No box spring is required. This is an all-foam mattress, so it needs a solid or closely-slatted flat foundation, a platform bed, or a bunkie board for even support. It is also rated compatible with an adjustable base, so it will bend at the head and foot without damaging the foam. Avoid wide-gap slats, which can let the foam sag over time.
