Exchanging Or Returning Your Mattress. What You Should Know!
When buying an item in store or online, the return policy is important to know before the purchase is made. Companies that provide quick simple returns and exchanges are favored by customers. Our return policy was created to help you with specific needs while shopping for your newest purchase. When purchasing a mattress with us we want to guarantee you quality and comfort.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy was designed for fast simple returns and exchanges for our customers. If your mattress does not meet your expectations after purchase you have 90 days to return the mattress unopened to receive a full refund. You will not receive the refund if the package has been opened. Contact us right away to drop off the mattress or have it picked up from your location.
If the packaging has been opened you may only exchange the item. If the mattress is delivered with a defect, our 90-day comfort guarantee warranty will allow an exchange. The mattress must be in new condition with original packaging, product literature and warranty card. To make an exchange call us at 1-800-631-4883 or call your local store. All shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Final sale on all closeout and clearance items.
90-Day Comfort Guarantee
When receiving your mattress make sure the warranty label is included. Our 90-day comfort guarantee allows customers to fully test the mattress with 90 nights of sleep. If the mattress does not meet your needs, you can exchange the item. You may exchange the mattress with an item higher in price and the difference must be payed. If value of the exchange item is lower you will receive store credit.
No Hidden Fees
Most mattress stores make you purchase a higher priced protector to qualify for the exchange warranty. We do not require you to purchase a protector. Our only fee is a $95 exchange fee, only if you wish to exchange your item. This fee covers disposal costs for the mattress as we do not resell items.
We only allow one time exchanges on new purchases in their original packaging. Our policy states that you must keep the mattress for 15 days. This allows your body to adjust to the mattress before exchanging it. Once the mattress has been delivered National Mattress will not refund the purchase.
Keep in mind there are no additional discounts or price matches on exchanged items. The exchanged mattress must be the same size as the original mattress purchased. Also, no exchanges on custom sizes, special order mattresses or accessories. Accessories include bed frames, box springs, mattress protectors, or pillows.
