The leaders and staff at National Mattress would like to communicate the importance of keeping our customers and visitors safe especially during these times. We value our customers and we are prioritizing the safety of our visitors by taking necessary measures in order to maintain the health and well-being of both you and your family.
Our team is committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone. It is our duty to our customers to continue to keep our environment sanitary in order to reduce the spread of germs. We have always kept our display mattresses sealed in their original manufacturer packaging, and this continued practice is making it easier for us to keep our mattresses disinfected and sanitized for our customers’ safety.
Hours of Operation
Our Markham, Toronto, and Mississauga locations are now OPEN for in-store shopping with reduced capacity limits. Deliveries are operating on our regular schedule. Actions We Are Taking
Steps we are taking to ensure a safe and clean shopping experience include:
- Maintaining our practice of keeping display models sealed in manufacturer plastic bags.
- Continuing to disinfect all surfaces regularly throughout the day.
- Ensuring the availability of hand soap and hand sanitizer at all times.
- We are offering a contactless delivery service to the front door, in order to minimize contact between our delivery crew and customers.
- Our delivery crew is equipped with hand sanitizer and masks.
- We have returned to regular hours of operation; Monday to Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 11am,-6pm, and Sunday 12pm-5pm.
- We encourage our customers to shop online on our new and improved website.
How To Shop Safely With Us
Our Toronto, Mississauga, and Markham locations are open to the public. Use our mattress selector tool to help you chose the best mattress for you. Please keep a minimum distance of 6 feet from other customers and employees while visiting our stores. We may limit the amount of people allowed to enter our stores. We encourage customers to wear a mask and use our hand sanitizer and disinfectant stations when browsing mattresses in store.
Deliveries And Exchanges
We are including a delivery service to the front door only in order to minimize contact between our customers and delivery personnel. Our delivery trucks are also equipped with hand sanitizer and masks to be used by our crew. We have resumed processing exchanges and/or accept returns on unopened products.
