Side sleepers are the natural fit — the soft 3/10 surface and 2.19″ of give cradle the shoulder and hip, ideal for lighter and average-weight bodies. Combination sleepers benefit from the quick coil rebound when changing positions. Strict back and stomach sleepers, and heavier bodies, may want firmer support at the hips than a plush surface provides — the firm version of this Springwall bed is the better call there.
