The foams are CertiPUR-US certified and independently tested to strict low-VOC limits, and the off-gassing clears in under 12 hours — well inside the multi-day window boxed beds often need. Because the Chiro Medic is built in Ontario and delivered flat rather than tightly compressed, the foam hasn't been crushed and sealed in plastic for weeks, so the faint new-mattress note that does appear airs out within a day of unpackaging it in the room.

Sleep Position & Body Weight Fit

Lighter side sleepers are the natural fit — the soft 3/10 surface and 2.62″ of give wrap the shoulder and hip for a deep cradle, and they get level alignment from it too. Average-weight combination sleepers can enjoy the plush feel with the quick rebound for repositioning. Heavier bodies, and back or stomach sleepers, may sink past neutral at the hips on this very plush surface — a firmer model is the better call for them.
