How to Schedule Your Delivery
- Select Your Date at Checkout — Choose any available slot that fits your calendar.
- Add Special Instructions — Use the "Order Comments" box for buzz‑codes, parking tips, or gate info.
- Watch for Confirmation — If your chosen date isn't available, our team will e‑mail an alternative.
- Day‑of Notifications — Expect a text and e‑mail with a 2‑hour arrival window and live GPS tracking.
Delivery‑Day Checklist
- Clear Pathways: Remove pictures, décor, and trip hazards from halls & stairs.
- Protect Floors: Cover delicate surfaces; salt or de‑ice exterior steps in winter.
- Measure First: Ensure doorways, corners, and stairwells accommodate your mattress—especially King sizes.
- Big Mattress? If tight squeezes or bends are required, you may be asked to sign a damage waiver.
