Every mattress here has at least one layer of memory foam, in the comfort layers or quilted into the cover. Memory foam softens with body heat and slowly moulds to your shape, easing pressure at the shoulders and hips and absorbing movement. You will find it in all-foam beds and in hybrids, where it sits above pocket coils. For all-foam memory foam beds only, use Mattress Type.
Gel-infused foam is a responsive or high-density foam with gel added for cooling. It springs back faster than memory foam, so it feels more buoyant while still cushioning pressure points. Every mattress here has at least one gel foam layer that is not memory foam. Some also have gel memory foam, which you can filter for on its own.
