These mattresses blend copper, charcoal, graphite or similar minerals into their foam layers or cover fabric. These materials conduct heat well, helping move warmth away from your body, and are also used to help keep the mattress fresh by resisting odour. Memory foam softens with body heat and slowly moulds to your shape, easing pressure at the shoulders and hips and absorbing movement.
