90 Night Comfort Guarantee
Sometimes after sleeping on your mattress for some time, you may realize that it is too firm or too soft for your needs. We understand testing out the mattress at our store for 5-10 minutes does not give you the same experience as actually sleeping on it for a full night. This is why we have our industry leading 90 night comfort guarantee.
Although it is rare that our customers do not absolutly love their new mattress from National Mattress, we offer 90 nights (from purchase date) for you to decide if it is the right one for you. If you decide that you are not getting the best night’s sleep, simply exchange it for a different mattress of equal or lessor value, or upgrade to a more expensive mattress and pay the difference.
There are absolutely no hidden fees like many of our competitors have. Many mattress stores require that you purchase a mattress protector ranging from $100-$150 to qualify for their exchange program. The only thing we charge is a $95 exchange fee IF you decide to exchange your mattress. We do not require you to purchase a mattress protector up front. This exchange fee covers our disposal costs of your used mattress as we DO NOT re-sell mattresses which have been opened out of their bag and used. It’s simple and hassle free….we promise!
***Please note that this is a one-time exchange on all new purchases and mattresses must be exchanged in their original packaging. No exchanges can be made within the first 15 days of delivery to allow time for your body to adjust to your new mattress. National Mattress does not offer any refunds once a mattress has been delivered. There will be no additional discounts, price matching, or offers provided on exchanged mattress. Mattresses must be exchanged for a mattress of the same size as original mattress purchased and must be exchanged in satisfactory condition with no damage, stains, or scuffs. There will be no exchanges on custom sizes, special order mattresses, or accessories such as bed frames, boxsprings, mattress protectors or pillows. Returns & Exchanges
Please be assured that all mattresses come with the original manufacturer warranty. So any problems related to a defect can be handled through the warranty. We will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns. Your purchase is backed by our 90-day comfort guarantee. To exchange an order, call us at 1-800-631-4883, or call your local store. Exchanges need to be made in new, and unstained condition along with all product literature, original packaging materials and blank warranty cards. There will be NO REFUNDS once an item is opened. Refunds will only be issued on unopen items, within 48 hours of pickup or delivery Once an item is opened, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee will only be valid. Please remember that incurred shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable on all refunds. All sales are final on closeout and clearance items.
If you require an exchange, you may either purchase the new item in which case the new item will be shipped ASAP. Once the return item is received pursuit to our exchange policy a refund will be issued.
